Meeco is proud to partner with Amplify Festival¹ who will be hosting the all day launch event at their Circular Quay office in the Sydney CBD. Expect a choc-a-bloc day of lively interaction with innovators aiming to trigger a new era in and online privacy and respect for personal data. There will also be a networking lunch where corporate business decision-makers, entrepreneurs and innovators can continue what will undoubtedly be a vigorous debate.
- Katryna Dow, Founder and CEO of Meeco, will unwrap Meeco and the rise of the Me Economy. Her talk, “MeCommerce for the Planet”, will address the changing tides of consumer rights and the commodification of privacy in online spaces.
- Derek Munneke, Meeco’s Chief Technology Officer, will assist in hosting an all day hackathon and talking about the ins and outs of “Meeco: the MeCommerce platform”.
- Mars El-Bourgini is the creative director for Meeco and has been involved in the design, visual communication and human experience since the first Meeco prototype. Join him for his talk on “Designing for humans”, an investigation into the challenges of application and user interface design in the start up environment.
- Kain Tietzel is Meeco’s Director of Growth and Experience, he will be talking about the challenges and necessities for “Marketing with Integrity” in the digital age, where privacy and consumer rights are often forfeited by lack of such means.
